The principals of Emergis have extensive experience within the oil & gas industry, focusing on the processing of Natural Gas and associated liquids, project management and procurement of equipment and process packages utilized in the processing of oil & gas. Recent projects:

Provided technical support services for overall facility design to an international process facility designer and equipment fabricator to assist with a Pre-FEED study for a 150+ MMSCFD gas processing facility consisting of the following facilities:

• Inlet Separation & Compression
• Gas Treating (Amine plant)
• Hydrocarbon Dewpoint & NGL recovery
• Acid Gas Compression and Dehydration
• Produced water handling and storage
• Flare system
• Associated utilities

Specific responsibilities included overall facility design and integration, development of the Design Basis Memorandum (DBM), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s), Process Flow Diagrams (PFD’s) and other technical pre-FEED design documents.

Provided technical support services for overall facility design to an international process facility designer and equipment fabricator for a FEED study for a 180+ MMSCFD gas processing facility consisting of the following facilities:

• Inlet Separation and Compression
• Gas Treating (Amine Plant)
• Gas Dehydration
• Produced water handling and storage
• Flare system

Specific responsibilities included overall facility design and integration, development on the Design Basis Memorandum (DBM), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s) and several other technical pre-FEED study documents.

Provided technical support services to an EPC for a mid-tier oil & gas producer, assisted with the tie in of existing and new oil production facilities with associated casing gas currently being flared. This include both brownfield and greenfield facility development.

Flared gas was to be eliminated through collection and compression of casing gas from well casings and delivered to a central gas processing facility.

Specific responsibilities included P&ID development, facility design/simulation, sub-vendor P&ID review, instrumentation specification, plot plan review, overall facility design.
